All too often, roof problems are discovered after leaking or another severe damage occurs. Periodic (twice-a-year) inspections can often uncover cracked, warped, or missing shingles, loose seams and deteriorated flashing, excessive surface granules accumulating in the gutters or downspouts, and other visible signs of roof problems. Indoors, look for cracked paint, discolored plasterboard, and peeling wallpaper as signs of damaged roof areas.
Our restoration consultants will identify all storm damage to your property prior to the adjusters arrival in order to assure the most favorable outcome. This service is provided to you at no cost on the contingency that we will perform the repairs that your insurance company pays for.
There are no deposits required for residential insurance claims. Once the materials and crew are onsite, the actual cash value or "ACV" and deductible will be due. The ACV are funds given to you by your insurance company. Final payment is not due until the work has been completed and all funds from the insurance company have been received by you.
